Below is a list of frequently asked questions – click on the question pertaining to your issue for a full explanation. If you need help that we don’t cover in our Member Support Center, please use the contact form at the top of this page. Please include your order number/subscription ID or your username & password.

What browsers are supported?

Our sites are optimized to be viewed using Mozilla Firefox but should work in other browsers. If you have problems wit your browser, please let us know so we can fix it. Be sure to include the browser and version you are using, the operating system you are using and the url where you had the problem in addition to the problem you are having.

I lost my username and password.

To retrieve your username and password, contact CCBill – Online Merchant Services Please note: Your codes are case sEnSitiVe and must be typed exactly like they were on the the email you received from CCBill – Online Merchant Services.

You can also contact us directly. Please use the email address you signed up with and/or your order number/subscription ID. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM Mountain Time. If you email during non-business hours please allow adequate time for a response from us.

How do I watch/download a movie?

All videos can be streamed at various download speeds using our built-in flv player or downloaded as full videos or segments at various download speeds and qualities. Currently we only have Window Media Files .wmv to download but we will be adding .mp4 downloads soon. We recommend using VLC media player for viewing all of our movies. VlC media player is available for most common operating systems.

To watch a movie go to the album on the site and select the movie you want to watch. Stream the .flv file in the player. You can also download the video and save it or download the video and play it in your browser.

To download a movie to your computer click on the link for the quality of file you want below where it says “Download The Full Video”. Depending on your browser, you may need to right click on the movie link and select “Save Target As”. Choose where on your computer you want to save the file and click “Save”. The movie will now download.
